Industrial and commercial bank “AVTOVAZBANK” was founded on October 14, 1988. It was created as an alternative to the financial system that was established in the country in the conditions of planned economy to become the first commercial bank of Togliatti and of the Volga Region that acted independently from the state financial and credit system.
In 2015, it was reorganized and merged with the PJSC National Bank “TRUST”
