Metallurgy

М00k and М0k grade cathode copper is manufactured on the premises of JSC “PhosphoChem” (Togliatti, Samara Region) from the feedstock produced by recycling. The capacity of electrical refining is 12,000 tons per year.

The copper wire rod KMb М0b is manufactured from cathodes produced in-house using the UPCAST® technology.

Long products are made using the CONFORM® technology by uninterrupted extrusion where the metal is heated without external heat sources which eliminates metal porosity and ensures excellent surface finish. The production capacity of non-ferrous mill products is up to 10,000 tons per year.
